# Operations Manager

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage all operational and technical staff.

* Monitor attendance, performance, and task allocation.

* Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

* Coordinate with internal departments to achieve operational objectives.

* Prepare operational reports and manage operational risks.

* Resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

* Monitor, analyze, and improve operational KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

* Maintain continuous operational readiness and ensure services are running effectively 24/7.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

* 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Site Management.

* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP Systems, and Primavera.

* Knowledge of ISO standards and KPI management.

* Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

* Preferred experience in Security Systems and ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).

* Ability to manage operations in a 24/7 environment.
